The Seed Events and Seedicon CRM platform (the 'Platform') is provided by Seedicon Technologies Private Limited ('Company') on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or any information, content, or services contained therein.

2. Event content

All event listings published on the Platform are created and maintained by independent organisers. The Company does not verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of event descriptions, speaker information, venue details, pricing, or any other event content. Attendance at events is at the user's own risk. The Company is not a party to any agreement between organisers and attendees and accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of event organisers, including but not limited to event cancellation, misrepresentation, failure to perform, or personal injury at events.

3. Contact and CRM data

The accuracy of contact data extracted via the OCR business card scanning feature depends on card quality, language, font, and lighting conditions. The Company does not guarantee that extracted data is accurate or complete. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting all OCR-extracted data. The Company accepts no liability for business or communication decisions made based on inaccurate contact data.

4. Voice note transcription

Voice note transcriptions are generated by automated AI-based systems and may contain errors, omissions, or misrepresentations of the original audio. Transcriptions should not be relied upon as verbatim records. Users are responsible for verifying transcription accuracy before using transcribed content for any important business purpose.

5. Third-party integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, CRM tools, messaging platforms, and cloud providers. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party integrations is subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policies.

6. Investment, legal, and professional advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Contacts, relationships, or introductions facilitated through the Platform should not be relied upon as vetted professional recommendations. Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship or financial transaction with any individual or entity met or connected through the Platform.

7. Availability and uptime

While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

The Platform may contain links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. The Company has no control over the content of external sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user to the Company in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Jurisdiction

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
