Event Attendee Terms

Seedicon Events & Seedicon CRM | Effective Date: 1 June 2026 | Version 1.0

These Event Attendee Terms ('Attendee Terms') govern your use of the Seed Events platform as an event attendee, including browsing events, registering, purchasing tickets, and attending events. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service. By registering for any event on the Platform, you agree to these Attendee Terms.

1. Event discovery and registration

You may browse publicly listed events on the Platform without creating an account. To register for an event or purchase a ticket, you must have a verified Seedicon account. By completing registration for an event:

  • You confirm that all information provided (name, email, phone) is accurate
  • You consent to the organiser receiving your registration details for the purpose of managing your attendance
  • You acknowledge the organiser's stated refund and cancellation policy
  • You agree to any specific event entry conditions (age restrictions, identity verification, health requirements) disclosed on the event listing

2. Ticket purchase and confirmation

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. Your registration is confirmed only upon:

  • Successful payment processing for paid events, confirmed by a booking confirmation email and QR code; or
  • Receipt of a booking confirmation email and QR code for free events

Pending or incomplete payments do not guarantee ticket allocation. The Company and organiser are not responsible for technical failures during payment processing that result in an incomplete transaction.

3. Using your ticket

Your ticket and QR code are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or gifted to another person unless the organiser explicitly permits transfers. Presenting a QR code constitutes your assertion that you are the registered attendee. Fraudulent use of another person's ticket may result in denial of entry and suspension of your account.

Add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient access. Always have your QR code accessible before arriving at an event to avoid delays at check-in.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the organiser's specific event policy, which is disclosed on the event listing. Key points:

  • If the organiser cancels the event, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5 to 7 business days
  • If the organiser reschedules, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement
  • For attendee-initiated cancellations, the organiser's refund policy applies
  • Non-attendance without cancellation does not entitle you to a refund

To request a refund: go to My Tickets > Select ticket > Request Refund, or contact support@seedicon.com.

5. Attending in person

By attending an in-person event, you acknowledge that:

  • You attend at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at events
  • You must comply with all rules, safety instructions, and venue regulations at the event
  • The organiser may use QR code check-in technology to record your attendance for event management purposes
  • You may be photographed or recorded at events. If you object to being recorded, you must inform the organiser at the event. The organiser is responsible for honouring such requests
  • Entry may be refused if you fail to comply with the organiser's stated entry conditions or behave in a manner that endangers others

6. Attending virtual events

For virtual events, the organiser will provide a link or access code upon confirmed registration. You may not share virtual event access links with non-registered individuals. Screen recording or re-broadcasting of virtual events is prohibited unless the organiser explicitly permits it.

7. Your conduct at events

You agree to behave respectfully toward all other attendees, organisers, speakers, and venue staff. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other attendees or event staff
  • Record other attendees without their consent
  • Distribute or solicit for competing events, services, or commercial products without organiser consent
  • Consume or distribute illegal substances
  • Violate the venue's rules and regulations

The Company and organiser reserve the right to remove you from an event for violating these conduct standards. No refund is issued for removal due to conduct violations.

8. Your data when registering for events

When you register for an event, your registration data (name, email, ticket type, check-in status) is shared with the organiser as the data controller for that event. The organiser's use of your data is subject to their own privacy practices. Seedicon acts as a data processor on behalf of the organiser for event registration data. For transactional communications (booking confirmation, reminders) Seedicon acts as the data controller. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You may request deletion of your registration data from an organiser by contacting privacy@seedicon.com. Note that certain records (transaction data) are retained for legal and financial compliance purposes per our Data Retention Policy.

9. QR profile sharing

If an organiser or other attendee scans your Seedicon QR code, your publicly shared profile information will be saved to their Seedicon contact list. You control which fields appear in your public QR profile via Profile Settings. By sharing your QR code, you consent to other users saving your profile data to their contacts.

10. Limitation of Company liability for events

The Company is a platform intermediary and is not a party to the contract between you and the event organiser. We are not liable for the organiser's failure to deliver an event as described, the quality or safety of the event, inaccuracies in event listings, or any loss or damage suffered at or in connection with an event. Our total liability for any issue arising from an event is limited to the ticket price paid by you for that event.

11. Disputes with organisers

Disputes regarding event quality, organiser conduct, or refusal to issue a refund should first be raised with the organiser directly. If unresolved, contact support@seedicon.com. We will mediate where possible but are not obligated to resolve disputes between attendees and organisers.

12. Changes to these terms

We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of attendee features constitutes acceptance. Contact: legal@seedicon.com
